1.How to return to Teehub

If you are not satisfied with a product you purchased from Teehub, you may contact our customer support team by submitting a return request by sending an email to [email protected] within 90 days of the latest estimated delivery date. We do not follow a traditional returns process. Once contacted, we will arrange a hassle-free refund or replacement.

2.How to change or cancel an order

Cancellation Policy
To cancel your entire order and receive a refund, you can contact customer support within two hours of placing your order. Please contact us at [email protected]

After two hours, your order has started production and may have been printed and awaiting shipment, so no refunds are available.

Order changes
Since we are unable to make changes to the order, such as changing color or size, order change requests will be considered a cancellation.

You can change your address immediately for orders placed within the last 2 hours. If the 2 hour window passes, simply send us the new address and we will forward the change request to the 3rd party printer.

Precautions:
Address change requests made after 2 hours are not guaranteed. Shipping country cannot be changed as your address determines where your order is printed.

Submit address change
My order has not been shipped yet. Please note that you have up to two hours after placing your order to completely cancel your order and receive a refund. In this case we will try our best to cancel your order.

The process is as follows:
You let us know that you want to change or cancel your order. We will contact the 3rd party printer and ask them to cancel your existing order. You can place a new order! Submit order changes/cancellations My order has been shipped. Cancellation cannot be made after the order has been shipped. If you would like to change the size, color, or style of an item in your order, please request an exchange; if you no longer need your order or there is a problem with your order, please request a return. I only want to cancel part of my order. While we will attempt to process partial order cancellation requests, third-party printers are not always able to do so, in which case your entire order will be cancelled. 3.Teehub refund

We typically process refunds within 24-48 hours, but the actual time it takes for funds to be returned may vary depending on your original payment method and your bank's processing time. It may take up to one billing cycle (3-4 weeks) to complete. If you don't see your refund on your next bill, please contact us at [email protected] and we will help you resolve any issues.

4.Handling of items returned by Teehub

Returned items will be inspected upon receipt. If the item complies with our return policy and is not damaged or overused, we will arrange a refund or replacement. If the item does not meet standards, we may refuse a refund and contact you to discuss further options.

5.There is no fee for returns

In most cases, if you need to return an item, Teehub will cover the return shipping costs. However, this may depend on your order status and reason for return. Please contact us at [email protected] for further guidance and our customer support team will assist you.

6.Can I change or cancel an order I've placed?

Once you have completed your order and received your confirmation email, changes to your order are generally not allowed. However, if you need to modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible by emailing [email protected]. We will try our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee order modifications.

7.Return/Exchange Policy

Items purchased from artists on Teehub are custom-made and printed just for you. If the size you order doesn't fit, we'll be happy to offer you a free size exchange.

All eligible orders are returnable and requests must be submitted within 90 days of the estimated delivery date. Items must be unworn and unwashed. Your order will be refunded in addition to the original shipping fee paid on your order. If an item has been exchanged, it is no longer eligible for returns and refunds.

Return and exchange requirements: product size discrepancies, quality problems, product damage, printing damage, etc. If the product is artificially damaged or does not meet standards due to excessive use, we may refuse a refund and contact you to discuss it.

Once confirmed, a return address will be provided via email. And follow-up refund instructions!

8.How eco-friendly is the production process?

All apparel printing is done with non-toxic print materials. The inks used are water-based, 100% biodegradable, non-hazardous, toxin-free, vegan, and Oeko-Tex certified.
- They adhere to very strict human health and environmental standards!
Third-party manufacturers hold current Social Compliance Certifications and are required to meet a Code of Conduct. No inventory is stocked (no accumulated waste each season), drastically reducing the level of waste from the traditional retail model. Returned items are also recycled or donated by the home office!
