1. Supported Shipping Countries

Teehub accepts and supports orders worldwide, providing shipping services in the following countries/regions. No matter where you are located, you can place your order through Teehub.com.

2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed via custom printing, with typical processing time of 1 to 3 business days.

3. Shipping Methods, Costs, and Delivery Times for Different Countries

Teehub offers free standard shipping on orders over $50 to the contiguous 48 states and Washington, D.C., as well as international customers. Free shipping is currently not available for Hawaii, Alaska and international customers. Shipping within the U.S. and Internationally: Base shipping is $6.99, delivery takes up to 6-8 business days.

4. Additional Taxes and Fees

Due to Brexit, customers purchasing goods shipped from the UK may need to pay customs duties and VAT. There are no additional taxes for customers from other countries/regions except the UK.

5. Order Tracking

You can track your order by logging into Teehub.com and visiting the "Order History" page. Additionally, once your order has been dispatched, we will send you tracking information via email to keep you updated on the latest status of your order. Please remember that all estimated delivery times are within working days - weekends and holidays excluded.

6.Shopping cart items are shipped abnormally

Teehub partners with rightsholders of properties of TV shows, movies, and personalities, whose license agreements can include shipping and product restrictions. This means fan art designs related to these properties are prohibited from being sold in some countries or on some products.

7.Pick up at physical location

No - Teehub is an online-only marketplace with no inventory in physical locations. While we're happy to help online, we're unable to provide any customer support at our headquarters.

8.The order did not go through

There are a few reasons this may happen. Here are a few of the most common reasons:

9.When will I be paid for my order?

Your payment method will be charged when you confirm your order at checkout. After submitting your order, you will receive a confirmation email. If you find yourself with any confusing charges, please feel free to contact us at [email protected]

10.What are your customer service hours? How do I get in touch?

Our customer service hours are Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST.

Whenever you need help we are here to assist you or can chat via desktop or laptop website during the above hours. If you miss us during business hours, please email us at [email protected] - you'll hear from us within two working days. Our team is happy to help!

11.T-shirt material and printing

Basic garments are made using direct-to-garment printing. This process involves pre-processing the garment before loading it into the printer. The pre-treatment ensures that the print penetrates into the fibers of the textile, making it more wear-resistant than a traditional "transfer" print that just sits on top.

Under the influence of heat, these inks turn into gas and bond with the polyester textile. Because the ink becomes part of the material's structure, the image on the fabric will not fade or crack, even after multiple washes.

12.Will the gift include an invoice?

In most cases, the only invoice provided is the confirmation email you receive after ordering. However, for some international shipments, an invoice needs to be attached to the package for customs purposes.

13.T-shirt care

We recommend that you wash all clothing in cold water and line dry. Not only is this better for the environment, but it ensures the longevity of your prints, no matter what type of product you purchase.

14.Teehub design

Teehub offers a wide variety of designs covering many different themes and styles, including but not limited to animals, humor, technology, art, and more. Our design team is constantly updating and adding new designs to ensure there are ample options to suit different tastes and preferences. You can browse our design library on our website to find the design that suits you best.

15.What if a design I like is no longer available?

Can't find the design you're looking for? Oh, crap. However, all is not lost! Feel free to email our help team and we'll see if we can work the magic for you to make it available again.

We are not always able to restore the old design. Certain designs may not be reprintable for a number of different reasons, such as the age of the design, designs from past collaborative competitions, expired licenses, removal requests from the designer, or other reasons. However, we are always happy to check it out for you!

16.Will my order arrive in time for the holidays?

We hope you have a happy and enjoyable holiday! In the spirit of getting gifts into the hands of your loved ones, rather than embarrassingly printing out a message showing that everything you ordered didn't arrive in time, we recommend shopping early to ensure your important gifts get to you in plenty (and time in your grantee's) hands.

Assuming standard processing time (approximately 1 - 3 days). We hope your order arrives promptly and will ensure it is shipped as soon as possible. However, due to increased processing times and other possible delays (stock issues/customs/weather/quantity) we cannot guarantee that delivery will arrive on a specific holiday date.
